YSI-ACT Project Survey Privacy Policy
The purpose of this survey is to collect information for the use of the YSI-ACT consortium. In this privacy policy, we explain in more detail how the data of respondents is processed and protected in this process. The project is coordinated by Associacio La Xixa Teatre (Spain), and co-implemented by Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Sdruzenie Aktivno Balgarsko Obshtestvo - ABS (Bulgaria) and Neolea Gia Antalagi Kai Katanoisi - YEU (Cyprus). The YSI-ACT project (101147567 — YSI-ACT — CERV-2023-CITIZENS-CIV) is implemented within the framework of the CERV programme and funded by the European Commission. The processing of personal data is based on separately given consent.

The purpose of handling the personal information
The purpose of processing personal data is to collect information for the use of the YSI-ACT consortium to organize the final seminar.

Name, email address, accessibility needs, and food allergies.
Regular data sources
Survey data is collected in connection with event marketing.
Regular destinations of disclosed data
The data is intended for internal research and development purposes of the YSI-ACT project, and its protection will be appropriately ensured.
Data transfer outside EU and ETA
The information will not be disclosed to third parties. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA.
Protection of the register
The survey materials are only available to those YSI-ACT project staff members who need them to perform their duties. The data security and privacy guidelines of Laurea University of Applied Sciences are followed in the management of the register.
Access is restricted in terms of telecommunications and user rights. In the public network, traffic to the system is always encrypted. The maintenance of the server environment has been outsourced by written agreements. The server equipment is located in a secure data center space that is in accordance with the service provider's intended use.
Right of access
The rights of the data subject are determined in accordance with Articles 15–22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation:
The data subject may request information concerning him/herself. The request shall be made in writing to the person responsible for the register. The request shall specify the information to which the request relates.
Correction of the data and bringing it into effect
The rights of the data subject are determined in accordance with Articles 15-22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation:
The data subject may make a request for the rectification of his/her data to the person responsible for the register.
Other rights conserning the personal information handling
The rights of the data subject are determined in accordance with Articles 15–22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation:
The data subject may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data and prohibit the use of their personal data for marketing and information purposes of Laurea University of Applied Sciences. The request can be made to the marketing contact person responsible for the register.
Restriction of data processing:
The data subject has the right to restrict processing if:
- the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the processing is restricted for a period during which the controller can verify their accuracy
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead
- the controller no longer needs the personal data in question for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Transfer of data from one system to another:
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the controller, in a machine-readable format, if the processing is based on consent and is carried out automatically.
The contact person for matters relating to the rights of the data subject is the data protection officer. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
