The purpose of handling the personal information

Lukuvuosimaksulomakkeella kerätään tietoa lukuvuosimaksuvelvollisen opiskelijan lukuvuosimaksun maksutiedoista.

Lomakkeen pääasiallinen tarkoitus on kerätä tiedot maksajasta ja kenen lukuvuosimaksuvelvollisen opiskelijan maksua maksu koskee.

The form collects information about the payment of the tuition fee for the student who is liable to pay the tuition fee for the academic year.

The main purpose of the form is to collect information about the payer and the student whom the paid tuition fee concerns.

• Email address of the student
• Laurea student number
• Student's first name
• Student's family name / surname
• Payer's first name
• Payer's family name / surname
• Payer's email
• Payer's street address
• Payer´s postal code /zip code
• Payer's city
• Payer's country

Rekisteriin tallennettavat seuraavat tiedot:
- Lukuvuosimaksuvelvollisen opiskelijan nimitiedot ja sähköpostitiedot
- Maksajan nimitiedot, osoite ja sähköpostitiedot
- Lukuvuosimaksun määrittämiseen tarvittavat tiedot (bachelor / master-tason koulutus)

The following information is recorded in the register:
- The name and e-mail information of the student liable for annual tuition fees
- Payer's name, address and e-mail information
- Information needed to determine the tuition fee (bachelor / master's level education)

Lomakkeen täyttämisestä muodostuvan rekisterin tietolähteenä ei käytetä muita lähteitä kuin lomakkeen täyttäjän täyttämät tiedot.

No other sources are used as the data source of the register formed by filling out the form, other than the information filled in by the person filling out the form.

Tietoja ei luovuta kolmansille osapuolille ja ne ovat ainoastaan niiden Laurean työntekijöiden käytettävissä, jotka työssään ehdottomasti tietoja tarvitsevat.

Protection of the register

Elomakeen käyttämisen tietoliikenneyhteydet on suojattu ssl-tekniikalla. Lomakkeelle tallennettu tietosisältö poistetaan Elomake-järjestelmästä viipymättä käsittelyn jälkeen, ja siirretään arkistoitavaksi Laurean sisäverkkoon tietoliikenteellisesti ja käyttöoikeuksin rajattuun tietosäilöön.

Lomakkeita säilytetään Laurean arkistointiohjeen mukaisesti.

The communication connections for using the form are protected with ssl technology. The information content stored on the form is removed after processing, and transferred to the internal network for archiving in a data storage limited by data traffic and access rights.

The forms are stored in accordance with the Laurea archiving instructions.

Opiskelija voi tarkastaa häntä koskevat tiedot Laurean hakijapalveluista.

The student can check their information from Laurea Admissions.

Correction of the data and bringing it into effect

Opiskelijan tai henkilökunnan aloitteesta virheelliseksi havaitut tiedot korjataan viipymättä. Opiskelija voi pyytää virheellisen tiedon korjaamista Laurean hakijapalveluista.
