Please, fill in and submit this form when you need a letter of recommendation for applying for Master's programmes.

Only a student with an average grade of 3 or higher can apply.

This form must be submitted at least three weeks before the deadline of the receiving university. Please, fill in one form per university and per referee.

The cost of one recommendation letter is 50 €. You can pay it on the spot at the Laurea Leppävaara Student Affairs Office by credit card. Or, the payment can be done online to Laurea account number FI65 5541 2820 0213 44. In the message field you have to put the following information:

The payment through the bank will be checked at the office. Please scan (or take a picture) and send the transaction receipt to marja.uschanov@laurea.fi.

The preparation process of the reference letter will start after the payment has been checked. Thank you.
