DISCONTINUATION OF STUDIES

If you wish to resign from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, you must fill out this discontinuation of studies form.

Before the resignation ensure that all of the studies you have completed so far have been recorded to your study register. Also please do not fill in this form before you have contacted your tutor teacher or the Head of Student Affairs.

When you resign, you will be given a resignation certificate and a transcript of records. Keep these certificates. They may be useful in your working life or when you apply to study elsewhere. There is a charge for ordering a resignation certificate and a transcript of records at a later date, and the fee is charged according to the study services price list.
